1You must be 18 or older

UhmegleGirl is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to use any part of the service. We do not knowingly allow minors on the platform, and any session found to involve a minor is terminated immediately and reported where the law requires it. If you are under 18, close this page now.

2What UhmegleGirl is

UhmegleGirl is a browser-based video chat service. It connects two consenting adults into a private 1-on-1 video call — either by picking someone from the list of girls online now, or by random matching with a skip button that is always free. We provide the connection; the conversation itself belongs to the two people in it. We are not a dating agency, and we do not promise that any chat will lead anywhere.

3Free to start, coins after

New visitors can start matching free of charge, within a limited number of free sessions. Longer or continued use runs on coins. Coins are sold in one-time packs: you buy a pack, it lands in your balance, and that is the entire transaction. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing renews on its own.

Coins are a virtual good with no cash value. They are not refundable once spent, except where the refund law in your jurisdiction says otherwise.

4Rules of conduct

Every chat on UhmegleGirl must follow these rules, without exception:

• No illegal content or behavior, full stop.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual coercion.
• No showing or requesting any content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to the authorities.
• No recording, photographing, or rebroadcasting the person you are chatting with without their clear consent.
• No impersonation, scams, or soliciting money from other users.
• No spam, bots, or automated matching scripts.

5Moderation, blocks, and reports

Every chat carries one-tap block and report controls. Reports go to human review, and confirmed violations lead to warnings, balance freezes, or permanent bans depending on severity. Skipping a chat never needs a reason and never costs anything. Severe cases — above all anything involving minors — are escalated to the proper authorities.

6Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided as is. We do not control what other users say or show, and we are not responsible for the conduct of the person on the other side of a call. To the maximum extent the law allows, UhmegleGirl disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from chats between users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

7Changes and contact
