Community Guidelines

A 1-on-1 video chat only works when both people feel safe enough to stay. These guidelines are the house rules every chat on UhmegleGirl follows — what is expected, what is banned outright, and what happens when someone breaks it.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

1Adults only, always

UhmegleGirl is strictly 18+. Any session found to involve a minor — on either side of the camera — is terminated immediately and reported to the authorities where the law requires it. There is no warning and no second chance on this one.

2Consent applies to the camera too

Both people in a chat are there by choice, and either can end it at any second. Skipping never needs a reason. What you may never do is record, photograph, screenshot, or rebroadcast the person you are chatting with without their clear consent — that is a permanent ban on the first offense.

3The short list of hard noes

  • No illegal content or behavior of any kind.
  • No harassment, threats, hate speech, or sexual coercion.
  • No content involving minors — zero tolerance, reported to authorities.
  • No recording or rebroadcasting another user without consent.
  • No impersonation, scams, or asking other users for money.
  • No spam, bots, or automated matching scripts.

4How enforcement actually works

Every chat carries one-tap block and report buttons, and reports go to human review — not a keyword filter. Confirmed violations lead to warnings, balance freezes, or permanent bans depending on severity, and severe cases are escalated to the proper authorities. Blocking is instant and silent: the other person is simply gone, and they are never told who reported them.

The full legal version of these rules lives in the terms of service, and the privacy side — what little data exists and how it is handled — is in the privacy policy.

?Common questions

What gets someone banned from UhmegleGirl?

Anything involving minors, recording another user without consent, scams or soliciting money, and harassment or coercion. Recording and minor-related violations are permanent bans on the first offense.

Does anyone review reports, or is it automated?

Reports go to human review. A confirmed violation leads to a warning, a balance freeze, or a permanent ban depending on severity.

Will the person I report know it was me?

No. Reports and blocks are silent — the other person is never told who flagged them.

Can I end any chat for any reason?

Yes. Skipping or closing a chat never needs a reason and never costs anything, no matter how far into the conversation you are.
